Participating Exhibitors
Vendors involved in related business areas are invited to participate by having exhibit tables at the forum. Attendees can visit the exhibit area and learn more about specific products and services that are available. The exhibits will be open throughout the day.

Audience
This free educational presentation is intended for staff involved with information technology issues. It is open to employees of Texas state agencies and universities. Other levels of government are welcome on a space-available basis. (Pre-registration is required.)

Big Tex Auditorium (the large auditorium), Commons Learning Center

Southwest corner of Burnet Road and Braker Lane, within the main complex of the J.J. Pickle Research Campus.
Parking
Enter at the Burnet Road gate and obtain a permit from the guard. Free parking is available in the lots on the north and west sides of the building. Overflow parking is in the two lots on the east side of the building. Vehicles not displaying permits may be ticketed.

Registration is open
This event is free; however, pre-registration is required. Please notify DIR of any cancellations via the online enrollment form. Preprinted name badges will be prepared, so you may wish to notify DIR of attendee substitutions known in advance.
Note: Depending on the registration response, it may be necessary to limit the number of attendees from each agency so that the maximum number of agencies can participate.

Refreshments
Complimentary morning and afternoon refreshments and a luncheon will be served.
Continuing Education
The event will provide 6.5 contact hours of general continuing education credit (6.5 CPEs for Texas IRMs).

Presentation offers are no longer being accepted. The proposal period ended February 15, 2012. See the topics listed in the Program Overview section above. There will be approximately six 50-60 minute slots. All sessions must be purely educational and may not promote a particular product or service.
