DIR contracted vendors may select from the following booth sizes: 10'x10' and a limited number of 10'x20' spaces.
The exhibitor fees for the Expo are:
10'x10' booth size - $725
10'x20' booth size - $1,450 - SOLD OUT
Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis - determined by the date and time applications are received. The exhibitor fee for the 2012 event is dependent upon the selected booth size (see above). The fee includes:
10'x10' booth: Admission for two (2) company representatives (reps). The maximum number of reps is three (3) per vendor with this booth size. Should you elect to register a third rep, an additional fee of $75 will apply.
10'x20' booth: Admission for four (4) company reps. The maximum number of reps for this booth size is six (6) per vendor. Should you elect to register the additional two (2) reps, an additional fee of $150 will apply.

*Additional booth services and equipment (Utility, Communications and Other Services) will be available through the event decorator. Additional fees will apply. The exhibitor manual detailing these services and their corresponding prices will be distributed approximately two months prior to the event.

Company Logo and Profiles
**For registered vendors only - please submit your company logo and profile (short description of your company) for inclusion in the event program via email to Vivian Cullipher at DIR. You may submit this information at any time once you are fully registered for the event - but no later than April 6, 2012.
Please note the submission requirements below for these files:
Company logo - Please send logo graphics as vector files - either EPS or AI (Adobe Illustrator CS 3 version or earlier) format. If an EPS or AI format is not available, please submit a high res JPEG file (300 dpi or greater) that is at least 2" in either height or width. *Important note: Images copied from a website, particularly those in GIF format, may appear distorted when printed and are not recommended. Please send graphic files as attachments to your email and do not embed within the email itself.
Company profile - Your company profile is a short, descriptive paragraph about what your company does and the types of products or services it offers. Please limit your profile to approximately 75 words in order to conserve space in the program for all of the exhibitors. Please also include a single website URL to be appended to the end of your profile.

**All registered vendors are invited to attend a Q&A Session with DIR at 4:00 pm on Wed. 4/25 during booth set-up. DIR contract managers will be hosting this informative session so please stop by the DIR booth (#221) and get all of your questions answered.**
