1. Can I reset my own password if I lock myself out after too many attempts?
The system is programmed to reset and allow you to log back in again after 5 minutes. If you experience further issues, please contact the Help Desk at (512) 936-4357 (option 1) for assistance.

2. Can I reset my own password if I forget it?
No, for security reasons, DIR allows only the designated agency telephone coordinator to authorize a password change. Please have the designated agency telephone coordinator contact the Help Desk at (512) 936-4357 (option 1) for assistance in assigning a new password.
3. How can I obtain instructions for accessing and programming my voicemail?
You can download the CCTS Voicemail Instructions.
4. How do I check my voice messages from home or from my cell phone?
Dial your assigned CCTS telephone number. Once the voice mail answers, press the (*) key. The system will prompt you for your ID number, which is the last 5 digits of your CCTS number. Then it will prompt you for your PIN, which is your password.
