Tex-AN Help Desk 

DIR manages and operates a Help Desk for Tex-AN customers.   

Help Desk Escalation Procedures
If you need to report trouble or access repair
and restoral services.
If you need to escalate an issue,
please follow the procedures below.

DIR NOC Help Desk

The DIR Network Operations Center Help Desk supports customers of the DIR Tex-AN Routed Data and ISG Networks. Customers should call the Help Desk to report circuit and connectivity troubles and outages for voice, data, frame relay, ATM or equipment problems.

OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS
Weekdays: 5pm – 7:30am, weekends and holidays
(NOTE:  Calls will be answered by DCMC (see below).)

AT&T Help Desk - State of Texas Dedicated Customer Maintenance Center (DCMC)

Customers should call the DCMC (formerly referred to as  the  Texas Major Accounts Center or TMAC) to report circuit outages for Tex-AN, Tex-AN 2000, AT&T, SBC or trouble calls for voice, data, frame relay, and ATM.

Monday thru Sunday, 24 hours per day
