Customer Eligibility
Eligible customers that can purchase technology products/services through the ICT Co-op Contracts program AND telecommunications through the Communications Technology Division (TEXAN) include:

Exceptions:
- Additional entities eligible to purchase technology under the ICT Co-op Contracts program only include Political Subdivisions of other states: Texas Government Code, Section 2054.0565
If you are a customer outside the state of Texas, click here for more information on how to purchase technology through the ICT Co-op Contracts program.
- Additional entities eligible to purchase telecommunications from the Communications Technology Services Division (TEXAN) include private institutions of higher education that:
- Engage in distance learning AND
- Receive federal funds for distance learning initiatives

Assistance Organizations
DIR utilizes the eligibility for Assistance Organizations as determined by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts or the Texas Facility Commission (TFC).
