Objective
This focus group will obtain feedback from agencies on development of an Electronic Records Management (ERM) Extension to the Texas Project Delivery Framework (Framework). Input obtained during the focus group will be used as a basis for development of the ERM Extension.

Parking
Parking is available on the top floor of Garage E – between 16th and 17th Streets. The entrance is on Colorado Street.
Note: 17th Street is closed to traffic between Lavaca and Colorado Streets. To get to Garage E, turn north onto Colorado from 15th Street.

Metered parking is available on the street surrounding the Clements Building.

Participant Commitment
This focus group will meet once for 2.0 hours.

Participant Qualifications
Focus group participants should have technology-related experience as a Project Manager, project team member, Records Management Officer (RMO), Contract Manager, Database Administrator, or stakeholder. Ideally, focus group participants should be familiar with the Framework and associated extensions in general. Focus group participants should be knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices for electronic records management, project management, and other related disciplines such as e-discovery. In addition, becoming familiar with agency project management practices per TAC Chapter 216, and Framework foundational information, Core Principles, Activity Flows, and Quick Reference would be helpful.

Participant Preparation
Prior to the focus group meeting, participants will need to review the ERM Extension Description (will forward with registration confirmation email). Ideally, participants should be prepared to provide feedback on critical aspects of the ERM Extension such as recommendations for high-level content changes.
