This plan focuses on strengthening and expanding the use of enterprise services and infrastructure; securing and safeguard technology assets and information; serving citizens anytime, anywhere; and pursuing excellence and fostering innovation across the government enterprise. Achieving these goals will enable the state to deliver increased value to those who live, work, and do business in Texas.
