PKI Service Provider Application Guide

Application Procedures

Copies of the application will include:

Performance Audit Findings (SAS 70 or WebTrust)

URL for the CPS

Statement of compliance with X.509V3 Certificate

Signed statement that the CA complies with the provisions of 1 TAC 203

Note: The application may be submitted electronically if signed using a digital signature issued by an approved CA.
