Eligible customers include the following:

• Any state agency, as defined in Texas Government Code, Section 2054.003(13)
• Any unit of Texas local government, as defined in Texas Government Code, Section 2054.003 (9)
• Any licensing entity, as defined in Texas Government Code, Section 2054.251
• Any other entity permitted under law to purchase services from or through DIR
• Department of Information Resources in its capacity as a recipient of services
